Every morning for breakfast our guests can choose the marmelade you prefer from our homemade selection! We prepare jams and jellies every year by using the seasonal fruits coming from our small farm Variursole, located just few kilometers from Palazzo Torriani in Marradi.

All our jams and jellies are home made by us using only fresh fruits and sugar and one pinch of love, that is our secret ingredients.
